Legal Consultancy Service

Fundación Salud 2000 has a collaboration agreement since 1995 with Derecho Sanitario Asesores, a health rights consultancy firm, in order to develop a personal consultancy service for health professionals on civil and criminal liability in certain areas of medical care.

The legal matters considered in the daily activities of health professionals are ever increasing, one of their main demands being the need for specialized support in this area.

Therefore, Fundación Salud 2000's Advisory Scientific Board developed in June, 1999, an agreement with Derecho Sanitario Asesores, a group of law professionals specializing in the subject, directed by Dr. Fernando Abellán, thanks to whom legal consultancy is provided regarding civil and criminal liabilities in certain areas of medical care.

This service is free for associated professionals, and is performed directly by Derecho Sanitario Asesores.
